Youths tackle decision makers on need to foster Dev't

Young people aged 15 to 35 years old had the opportunity to discuss their preoccupations with policies decision makers. 


The discussion took place recently at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex during the first ever Cameroonian Youth Dialogue Platform. 


Organised by the Cameroon National Youth Council, the event was chaired by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, Mounouna Foutsou in the presence of the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Issa Tchiroma Bakary and the Secretary General of the Centre Regional Governor's Office. 


Speaking at the occasion, Minister Mounouna Foutsou saluted the exceptional mobilisation of young people from all over the national territory in response to the invitation of the Executive President of the CNYC. 


The Minister congratulated Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou and her team for acknowledging the virtue of dialogue. 


He said the government is pleased with such initiative and will do everything possible to overturn any obstacle on the way to dialogue. 

 He urged the young people to go to their various areas and sensitise their peers on this virtue. 


The Executive President of the Cameroon National Youth Council, Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou disclosed that CNYC truly represents hope for the Cameroonian Youth.
