Updating Limbe master plan: Limbe City Council strengthens ties with Malabo City

After successfully carrying out studies and diagnosis for the Update of the Limbe Urban Master Plan, Limbe City Mayor, Paul Efome L.M Ngale and his team with a delegation from MINHDU and MAETUR went on a mission to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea recently to strengthen ties for the urban master plan to match modern examples abroad 

 

According to Limbe City Council management, the objective of the mission was to learn from the City of Malabo about harmonious coexistence with the port area, to establish or strengthen the business relationship between the Limbe City Council and Malabo City. 


Equally, the visit was to present the opportunities and assets of the City of Limbe to the private sector in order to identify business ideas that will be developed in the Urban Master Plan that is currently on the updating process. 


It should be noted that ever since Limbe City Mayor, Paul Efome stepped up at the helm of LCC it has been his priority to update the Urban Master Plan and transform his municipality.


During their stay in Malabo, the City Mayor and his delegation were received at the Cameroon Embassy in Equatorial Guinea by the Ambassador H.E Désiré Jean Claude Owono Menguele with whom they shared a review of their mission. 


Limbe City Mayor Paul Efome is bend on pushing through for the realization of the update of the Urban Master Plan. He is optimistic that his municipality stands at the center in paving the way to Cameroon vision 2035 emergency agenda.
