Thousands joined Mayor of Mamfe Council, Tabenchong Robertson today, February 20, 2025 at St. Joseph Cathedral Mamfe to bid farewell to his father, late Pa Ashu Emmanuel Mbella who died ending last year.
Pa Ashu Emmanuel Mbella who died last year. The funeral programme was attended by people of all people of all walks of life.
Tomorrow, Friday Pa Ashu Emmanuel Mbella will laid in state in his village, Eshobi, as the community continues to pay their respects.
It should be noted that earlier today, after removal of the corpse from Mamfe District Hospital mortuary, the corpse was converged to St. Joseph Cathedral which the Bishop of Mamfe presided over funeral mass, football match and Wake keep without mortal remains in honour of late Pa Ashu Mbella.
Meanwhile tomorrow, at 7am the corpse will be removed from the be Mamfe District Hospital mortuary and departure to Eshobi village.
Later in Ehobi there will be lay in state and viewing at the family compound, conveyance of mortal remains to Government School field, burial, and entertainment.
