Happiness is found when we do the things that pleases us and gratify our desires, but true happiness is not complete until we put a smile on the faces of other people.
There is this satisfaction and joy it comes with which takes us to another level called fulfilment. Many relationships have all the physical things it takes to make life sweet, one of the most important which is money, yet still have hit the rock.
No one is an island and we must bear in mind no body has everything. Placing others, family and friends as our priority will give us more satisfaction than if all we do is to gratify our desires only.
One will say we live in a world of ungrateful fellows but that does not mean there are not people who recognise and celebrate men/women of goodwill.
Everything a man sow that he shall reap. A good name is better than riches. Until we are willing to loose, we will never win. Selfless men/women are considered most times stupid but I came to realise they were the wisest as they succeed at the end of the day to build strong, powerful and loyal relationships.
Women who give in their all to raise their kids and become good wives and mothers are honoured at the end of the day.The good you show to others comes back to you, being cunning in the name of being smart or leaving a Selfish live has never had any good end. Your relationships will never be successful.
Until you are willing to sacrifice for the people, you can never be a man of the people. Take the attention off you it should not always be about you and how you feel and your stands. Calm down, try something new. Make others a great deal and you will realise you will build amazing relationships. John maxwell says "who you are, is who you attract".
