Popular Limbe-based DJ Eva found dead in his bathroom

Inhabitants of Limbe municipality are still in shock and consternation following the sad news of the death of former Eden Radio’s DJ, now DJ with Westgate, who was found lifeless in his bathroom on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Cassava Farms, Limbe.

According to eyewitnesses, DJ Eva had not been seen since Sunday. A friend who called around to check on him discovered the door was locked from the inside; after calling his name for minutes in vain, he decided to check through the window, where he found DJ Eva lying face down in his toilet with a swollen body and some liquid oozing from his mouth.

The door was forced open by locals. From indications, he struggled to vomit, as there was blood on the floor, and perhaps in that weakness, he fell into his toilet pot in a pool of blood he had vomited.

His remains already showed signs of decomposition. Before yesterday, DJ Eva had been complaining to his colleagues that he was not feeling well. At press time, the medical report was yet to ascertain the exact cause of his death.

His remains were later buried immediately at the cemetery behind the Catholic Church in New Town, Limbe.
