The Chairperson for Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) Fako I B communal campaign chair, who doubles as the Director Delegate of the transitional administration of the port authority of Limbe, Dr. Thomas Ndive Molungu on Monday, September 29, 2025, urged
party militants and sympathisers to bury the hatchet and be united to vote for President Paul Biya come Sunday, October 12, 2025.
“Let’s not give room for an adventurer to win this election to put us in more chaos than where we are now. Let’s vote for Biya who is more experienced to manage this country.
The others are all adventurers,” Dr. Thomas Ndive said. He urged his comrades to vote for the CPDM president and champion so he can preserve peace, unity and stability of the nation so they can continue to enjoy freedom and democracy in Cameroon.
“You have a leader who is humble and listens to everyone, all communities. Yes! That’s the man President Paul Biya. He’s humble and visionary in his ways,” Dr. Thomas Ndive said.
He cited the fact that today women and youths are represented in all sectors of Cameroon. While stressing that this election is critical and determines all other elections, he said, “All of us need to be united and vote for Biya, not for Limbe II”,
“We’ll embark on a door-to-door campaign strategy. Be steadfast in what you do. Don’t be ashamed to preach the CPDM gospel wherever you go,” Dr. Thomas Ndive emphasised.
He is optimistic that come Sunday, October 12, Limbe II will emerge victorious for CPDM judging from the fact that Limbe Fako I B is a CPDM bastion.
In his intervention, Fako I B Subsection President, Mbai Ephraim presented the manifesto to militants, supporters and sympathisers.
He equally cited that they have enjoyed numerous benefits from the new deal government. “We are blessed with the Limbe Omnisport Stadium, Limbe Nautical Fishery Institute, SONARA, Limbe deep seaport project already in the pipeline.
A vote for Biya is a vote for Limbe II to show him our trust and happiness for what he has done for our community.” Mbai Ephraim added.
On her part, the Second Deputy Mayor Limbe II, Nzelle Panje Veronica urged militants and supporters not to be deceived by adventurers who will come to deceive them. “We have so many reasons why we need to re-elect Biya into power.
He has a vision for the future; he is a father of peace, national unity and a democratic leader. We women are fortunate under President Paul Biya. He has always secured our interests,” Nzelle Panje said.
The Mayor for Limbe II Council, HRM Ndive Woka Daniel Ngale I, has expressed confidence in Fako I B's electoral prowess, stating that the area has never been defeated in any election.
He emphasised the importance of rallying behind President Paul Biya for a landslide victory, citing the benefits of the decentralisation system established by the new deal government, including; Government primary schools, Health centers, Limbe II Council among others.
The Mayor urged militants to convince others to support the CPDM and warned against falling prey to "adventures with no vision to govern Cameroon".
Speaking earlier, Ngeme Subsection President, Ngoh Augustin, expressed joy that Ngeme was chosen to host the communal campaign for Fako I B. He urged militants and sympathisers to vote in favor of CPDM.
