Nkumu Fed-Fed elects new President Generalat 29th AGM in Limbe

The Nkumu Fed-Fed organisation, dedicated to empowering women and girls in rural communities since 1982, held its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Limbe from April 24-27, 2025.


The AGM was dubbed "Investing in the Future: Education for a Healthy and Sustainable Livelihood."


Outgoing President General Eunice Tita evaluated the organisation's progress in areas like human rights, healthcare, and education, and handed over to newly elected President Na Beryl Fofung.


New President General’s vision


Na Beryl Fofung emphasised continuity with the previous administration's initiatives and plans to explore new funding opportunities, particularly in Cameroon and Africa.


She highlighted her leadership style as team-oriented, with a focus on discipline and collaboration.


Outgoing president's message


Eunice Tita expressed satisfaction with her six-year tenure and encouraged the new president to stay focused on the organisation's mission.


She pledged to support Na Beryl Fofung as technical adviser and mentor.
