Minister Motaze explained that payments, which were made in December 2024, are part of the government's commitment to clear salary debts owed to teachers.
According to Minister Motaze, FCFA 143.6 billion and FCFA 63.1 billion had already been paid to secondary and primary school teachers, respectively, by the end of February 2025.
