MEVCUDA recognises sociocultural groups for 2024 contributions

Meveo Cultural and Development Assembly (MEVCUDA) handed certificates of recognition to seven sociocultural groups on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at its headquarters in U Complex, Limbe, Fako Division, South West, Cameroon.
These groups participated in the activities of MEVCUDA's 2024 edition, particularly the Cultural Assembly.
In his intervention, MEVCUDA's General Coordinator, HRH Chief Ndiko Fonderson Henry, stated that the event aimed to recognize sociocultural groups for their important roles during the 11th edition of MEVCUDA.
"It has been our practice for the past two years to recognize those who contributed to the success of our events," he said.
HRH Chief Ndiko Fonderson Henry appreciated the awardees for their participation and support, urging them to uphold the flame of cultural diversity for prosperity.
The awardees included: Osinachi Cultural, Obasimjom Cultural, Meloke Cultural Association, Organic Sustainable Farmers Association, Mr. Elongo Stephen, Nzimbistic Cultural Center and NJ Hostesses and Maidens.
Each group received a plaque and a cash gift. Mr. Elongo Stephen expressed gratitude, promising to attend MEVCUDA 2025 with his new album. Ngwese Nzimbi Koge Bantu, founder of Nzimbistic Cultural Center, also appreciated MEVCUDA, pledging full support for the organization's vision.
