Loum: Teacher's face disfigured by students over alleged strictness in exam hall

A secondary school teacher at Lycée Technique de Loum, Moungo Division of the Littoral region narrowly escaped death after being attacked by a group of students.
According to the victim, the students physically assaulted him and disfigured his mouth, accusing him of being too strict while supervising them during the written phase of the BAC and CAP exams.
The students, who were described as unruly, also accused the teacher of confiscating their cheat sheets, [Catouch] which they had intended to use during the exams.
“They threatened to kill me if I continued," the teacher added while recovering in his hospital bed. It remains unclear whether the students have been identified and arrested.
Meanwhile, the teacher is receiving treatment for his injuries at a medical facility in Loum, located in the Moungo Division of the Littoral region.
