HRH Chief Samuel Epupa Ekum Samuel prayed God should give him wisdom and knowledge to lead his people. He added that they were not foolish to bestow him the title. “He is dignified person, man of honour, and eloquent person.” HRH Chief Epupa Ekum said.

In his Intervention, HM John Elufa Manga Williams said the title is for persons who have voluntarily decided to join forces to develop Limbe from the traditional perceptive and equally shown interest to work with the Royal Chiefdom of Limbe.

He urged him to take his new role seriously and bring new impetus into the palace. He counted on his availability and readiness to assist the palace when need arises.

”I can’t do all alone, I can’t do it only with my notables and Quarter Heads, I can’t do it only with the Chiefs and so we identify individuals to serve like our ambassadors, resource persons who can help us archive our goals either with their advises, positions and connections.” HM John Elufa explained.

He added that it is not empty recognition but a recognition that engages the individual. “It’s a responsibility and before he accept that responsibility he must first accept to be available”,

“So, he has assured us that he’s available. We’re all witnesses to you taking this responsibility and we count on you and we know you’ll not let us down when the time comes”. HM John Elufa said.

Quizzed when he will get to work, he said already he is beginning to get some traction in CDC where all the cutting of grasses and breaking of the leaves are not burnt but store. “We’re hoping that with that it can be a big beginning of other things we’re to embark into.” Hope Sona said.
