Limbe City Mayor pledges support for All South West Youth Conference

Limbe City Mayor, Paul Efome L.M. Ngale has pledged his full support to the All South West Youths Conference which is in its second edition scheduled for June in Buea. 

He made this remarks during a courtesy visit by members of the organising committee on Monday, May 12, 2025, Limbe Mayor, Paul Efome described the conference as timely and encouraged the committee to mobilise more youth participation. 

The conference, organised by the South West Youth League (SOWEYOL), aims to unite youths from all six divisions in the region. 

SOWEYOL President, Esua Kisito Mbong, stated in an exclusive interview with KNews, "We want to ensure our region remains calm before, during, and after the presidential election and subsequent municipal and legislative elections." 

The one-day conference will feature participation from elites across the six divisions. Prior to meeting with Limbe City Mayor, the organising committee visited the President of the Regional Assembly, Bakoma Zacheus Elango, who also pledged support. 

The committee is set to visit other top administrative authorities in the division.
