LCC inter-quarter tourney: Semifinals kickoff today!

Semifinals matches of the ongoing crowd-pulling Limbe City Council ( LCC), inter-quarter football tournament fresh edition IV which were postponed on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, will commence today

Wednesday, August 27 at the Limbe Community Field 12pm prompt.

This follows the last two quarterfinals matches staged Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at the Limbe Community Field. 

After the qualification of defending champions Cassava Farms and Choc City from Cite Sic on Tuesday, August 19, for the semis, Mokunda and Jamestown from Lumpsum followed suit yesterday following their respective quarter finals matches. 

Sensational Mokunda FC booked their ticket for the semi finals by defeating Mbende Vipers by 4 goals to 3 on penalties while on their part Jamestown of Lumpsum dispatched Bota Ports by one goal to nil to advance to the semi finals of the tournament. 

Cup holders Cassava Farms shall confront their noisy neighbors Jamestown of Lumpsum while youthful Mokunda FC shall grind ashes with Choc City from Cite Sic at the semi finals stage.
