LCC inter-quarter tourney enters into quarterfinals today

The Crowd pulling Limbe City Council (LCC) Interquarters Football Tournament shall enter its decisive phase beginning this afternoon, August 19, 2025 at the Limbe Community Field with the the first two Quarter finals matches. 

In the first game which is describe by soccer pundits as mouth watering encounter, defending champions and crowd pulling Cassava Farms FC of Coach Edmond shall search for their semi finals ticket against ambitious Middle Farms FC of Coach Raymond and President Princewill Atukwo. The game shall begin at 12pm. 

The second quarter finals game of this afternoon at 2pm shall pit another crowd pulling outfit and heavyweight Bonadikombo FC of the tournament topscorer so far, Mulack Girese against unfancied Choc City from Cite Sic. 

Taking into consideration that they have won all their six matches played so far without conceding a single goal out of the matches, Bonadikombo FC is tipped by book makers as the favourite to advance to the semis though Choc City are not the pushovers. 

Meanwhile the last two Quarter finals matches of the tournament shall come up tomorrow still at the Limbe Community Field with sensational Mbende Vipers of President Chamda Emmanuel to face outstanding Mokunda FC at 12pm while the last quarterfinals game shall be the game between Bota Port FC and noisy neighbors Jamestown from Lumpsum at 2pm.
