The Employers' Union of the Hospitality and Tourism Industries (SPIHT) is pleased to announce the signing of the National Collective Agreement, resulting from the work of the Joint Committee, under the patronage of the Minister of Labor and Social Security, in collaboration with its social partners.

This agreement, which was signed on March 3 and 4, 2025 at the MINTSS (door 117), marks a major step forward in improving the working conditions of employees in the hospitality and tourism sector.

It demonstrates the commitment of employers to guarantee the well-being, dignity and recognition of the efforts of their employees.

This collective agreement aims to strengthen employee rights in several key areas: access to continuing vocational training, improved management of paid leave, enhanced health coverage, review of salaries and benefits, as well as alignment with the CNPS standards to ensure the social security of workers.

It also establishes a framework for validating professional experience, aimed at better recognizing the skills and years of experience accumulated in the sector.

The signing of this agreement thus marks the beginning of a new era for the hotel and tourism sector. It places employees at the heart of the sector's development and growth process while recognizing their essential role in collective success.

By promoting a more equitable, respectful and secure working environment, this agreement is part of a process of mutually beneficial sustainability and social responsibility, where employers and employees collaborate to promote ethical, sustainable and supportive practices.

Under the leadership of its National President, Chantal Lewat, the SPIHT is resolutely committed to continuing to improve the working conditions of employees, in a continuous process of modernizing professional practices aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of the hotel and tourism sector, to make it an even more attractive and competitive sector on a national and international scale.
