“In Kumba, Bangem, Ndian, Mamfe, schools are opened, teachers, administrators are there, some parents accompanied their children to school, I hope that tomorrow will be better, and by the end of the week, we’ll have more students than what we have seen today. ‘I will continue to say, the press should sensitise the public, I want to thank you the press for what you have been doing, it’s thanks to your support that we had these turnout today.’’ Bernard Okalia said. He added that, the schools in Buea he visited, the turnout is appropriately 50% and Limbe 80%, Okalia expressed satisfaction and appreciated the Regional Delegate of Secondary Education Dr. Hannah Etonde Mbua who has been working hard during the holidays to encourage parents to send their children to school.
