CDC inks Framework Agreement with NOCC

On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at CDC Boardroom, Cameroon Development Corporation (CDC), represented by its General Manager, Franklin Ngoni Njie, signed a Framework Agreement with the National Observatory on Climate Change (NOCC), represented by its General Manager, Prof. Amougou Joseph Armathe.
The Framework Agreement is valid for an initial period of five (05) years and may be renewed upon a satisfactory joint evaluation of its implementation before its expiration.
The agreement aims to facilitate collaboration between the two institutions in monitoring the impacts of climate change on CDC’s crops.
It also seeks to propose prevention, mitigation and adaptation measures to address the risks and adverse effects associated with climate changes.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Board Chairman of NOCC, Enoh Peter Ayuk in the presence of some Board Members of NOCC, the Assistant General Manager, Engineer Forghab Patrick Mbomba, other NOCC Delegates as well as CDC Crop Group Managers and Directors.
The signing ceremony and exchange of files took place under the watchful eyes of the Press followed by family photographs.
