Monde village in Buea Subdivision, Fako Division, South West Region, Cameroon, is set to host a crucial meeting on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 9am. The meeting aims to drive development and progress in the village.
According to a communique dated Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the meeting will be chaired by HRM Kwami Beckley Nangoh, and the agenda will be disclosed during the meeting. "All members of the Monde Traditional Council are summoned to a meeting of great importance," the communiqué stated.
The Palace is calling on all sons and daughters of Monde Village and extending an invitation to all cultural groups and members of the Monde community to attend this meeting in large numbers.
Everyone's presence is highly solicited to ensure the success of the development initiatives. The meeting aims to improve the village's current state and drive progress.
It is a call to action for all members of the Monde community to come together and work towards a common goal of development and progress. With HRM Kwami Beckley Nangoh's leadership, the community is poised to take significant strides towards a brighter future.
Notably, this meeting comes just a few days after the appointment of some personalities to strategic positions in the palace and affiliated structures, aiming to revitalise the chiefdom's governance, communication, and community development initiatives.
Installation ceremonies for the newly appointed officials are expected in the coming days, marking the beginning of what palace insiders describe as a new chapter of unity, accountability, and service for the Monde Royal Palace."
