The Director of the Limbe Regional Hospital, Dr. Nyenti Annereke says at Limbe Regional Hospital they practice door-to-door policy and enforce Government policies.
He made this revelation recently during an exclusive interview he granted to KNews in his office at Mile I, Limbe.
“I don’t think we have done some extraordinary work since, I took office as the Director of Limbe Regional Hospital Mile I, but basically, we enforce Government policies and management principles”,
“There’s quality improvement work across all services which ranges from infrastructural intervention, equipment intervention and even behavioral intervention designed to improve staff behavior and strength team work at level of the hospital.” Dr. Nyenti Annereke said.
He added that in concrete terms they are having a customer service officer who is from the community that bridge the gap between clients, staff and the administration.
“The customer service officer picks suggestions that causes dissatisfaction and bring them to the administration and we have always been responding positively” Dr. Nyenti Annereke added.
He however, enlisted some challenges encountered by the hospital which ranges from limited resources to renovate the hospital, limited staff, lack of finance to encourage staff motivation and clients refusal to pay bills.
Dr. Nyenti Annereke urged the population of South West Region to make good use of the hospital facilities put at their disposal. “They should make use of this jewelry which is sensitive and responsive to their concern.” He added.
It should be noted that Dr. Nyenti Annereke was appointed Director of the Limbe Regional Hospital
October 2020.
