2027 twin elections: Nalova convenes commissioning of divisional communication committee

Despite speculations that the twin elections in February 2027 will be postpone again, the Head of the Fako Permanent Divisional Delegation (PDD) of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM), Prof. Pauline Nalova Lyonga, has convened a major meeting for the commissioning of the communication machinery ahead of the 2027 Twin Elections scheduled on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Limbe City Council Hall beginning 12 noon.

In an invitation letter KNews has seen, Professor Nalova Lyonga is inviting CPDM militants and officials to the Commissioning of the Fako CPDM 2027 Twin Elections Divisional Communication Ad Hoc Committee and Sub Divisional Sub-Committees.

According to the invitation, those expected to attend include: - Members and Task Officers of the Fako PDD - All YCPDM, WCPDM and CPDM Section Presidents - City Mayor and all Mayors of CPDM-run Councils in Fako Division - Members of Parliament and Senators - National Bureau Members of the YCPDM and WCPDM from Fako - All Regional Councillors from Fako - Divisional communication ad hoc committee and sub divisional sub-committees members 

The commissioning is seen as a strategic move by the Fako CPDM leadership to strengthen its communication apparatus as the party prepares for the 2027 Twin Elections.
