PC New Town congregational Chairman ties nuptial knot

The congregational Chairman of Presbyterian Church, PCC, New Town Limbe, Agbor Elias Tanyi has officially gotten married to Indah Tabah Ruby.


The solemn marriage ceremony took place on Saturday February 25, 2023 at PCC New Town, Limbe officiated by Rev. Muma Kingsley and a host of other clergy.


Rev. Muma told the couples to listen more to each other rather than listening to outsiders. He added that those who listen to outsiders their marriages does not last long.


He urged them to trust each other, pray and study the word of God together and to forgive each other.


“Marriage was instituted by God, that he may hallow and direct the natural instincts and affections created by himself, that with delight and tenderness husband and wife may know each other in love, and through the joy of their bodily union“ Rev. Muma Kingsley said.


He added that when it is God's will, the couple may have children and be blessed in caring for them and bringing them up in accordance with Christ's will.

The couple declared their love and said their I do’s, fulfilling their engagement promises. Holding hands and staring into each other’s eyes, the couple listened attentively to the wedding service, Rev. Ayonghe Isaac who made their union official, blessed the two newlyweds, which then melted into a romantic kiss that reaffirmed their deep emotions and marked the beginning of their life as a married couple.


The marriage ceremony was attended by the Mayor for Limbe I Council, Eposi Florence, First Deputy Mayor for Limbe I Council Motombi Henry, workers of Limbe City Council, friends and family members who answered present to witness the marriage.
