Cameroon's most celebrated minister delegate, at the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday November 7, 2021 defended a Ph.D thesis at the University of Douala in front of a jury comprising of Professor Magloire Ondoua as President of the jury, Professor Paul Eric Batchom and rapporteur Maitre de Conférence Aristide Menguele. Other members present were Pr. Auguste Nguelieutou and Guillaume Ekambi Dibongue.
Within 30 minutes the politician and member of government defended his thesis entitled, "Political demobilisation in the Democratisation of Cameroon: Contribution in a Democratic Governance".
The candidate's supervisor Professor of Political Science Auguste Nguelieutou of the University of Douala, appreciated the Paddec leader's mastery of his subject matter and eloquence.
The latter holds a Master Degree in Political Science from the University of Douala and is an International legal mind at the International Penal Tribunal for the United Nations in Rwanda as well as lawyer at the Ndjamena Cemac Court of justice (Chad).
The father of more than ten, coupled with his numerous caps, is a lecturer of labour, Commercial Business and Cyber law. And loser of the 2011 Presidential elections. He will be remembered for being the first politician to have laughed his political campaign for the 2011 presidential elections in Mvomeka.
