The Director Delegate for the Transitional Administration of the Autonomous Port of Limbe( PAL) Dr. Ndive Thomas Molungu has been designated as a senior notable in the Limbe Paramount Chiefdom.
He was designated into his new function on Tuesday January 3, 2023 at the Paramount Chief Palace in Mbonjo in Limbe III Subdivision by
the Limbe Paramount Chief, HM Elufa John Manga Williams.
During the installation ritual HRH Chief Samuel Epupa called on the gods of the mountain ‘Efasa Moto’ and of the sea ‘Nyango na Mwana to protect Dr. Ndive Thomas Molungu as he shepherd the affairs of the autonomous port in Limbe.
“The God who created the Heaven and earth and placed people at various positions in life. We’re calling you today because us in Limbe, we foresee today was a special day to give our own child Ndive Thomas Molungu the blessings and empowerment he needed to spearhead the affairs port authority of Limbe,”
“God in heaven as we gathered here today, God give him wisdom like King Solomon of old to govern his people. Those fighting him, fight them on our behalf” HRH Chief, Samuel Epupa prayed.
In his Intervention, HM John Elufa Manga Williams said the title is for those who have shown interest to work with the Royal Chiefdom of Limbe.
He urged him to take his new role seriously and bring new impetus into the palace. He counted on his availability and the Director Delegate readiness to assist the palace when need arises.
Reacting shortly after his recognition, Dr. Molungu Ndive expressed his willingness to serve and work towards the realisation of targeted goals.
“As a matter of fact being a senior notable come with several duties, I know. I’ll surely need to advise on how to promote our traditional values, make our voices heard, make our community peaceful among others, for this reason, I review the decision to appoint me senior notable as a call to serve our people”. Dr. Ndive Thomas Molungu said.
He added that he is at the service to the community to serve his brothers and sisters, country and above all humanity.
“It’s indeed humbling to be singled out in a panoply of relevant men and women to serve our community” Dr. Ndive Thomas added.
Dr. Ndive Thomas Molungu was appointed a senior notable by HM John Elufa Manga Williams on Thursday November 24, 2022.
It should be noted this is the second installation of senior notable in Limbe Chiefdom coming barely one month after that of CDC General Manager Franklin Ngoni Njie.
