Limbe III: Bimbia youth forum decries abandonment from gov’t integration

Dejected with the lackadaisical attitude of political leaders and bureaucrats towards them, the President of Bimbia Youth Forum Rodolph Tanga Dickenstien says Limbe III Subdivision has always been overlooked whenever state appointments are made.


He made this revelation on Wednesday November 30, 2022 during an exclusive interview prior to this year's commemoration of World AIDS Day.


According to Rodolph Tanga integration into government has become a distant dreams for Bimbia Youths.


“Take for instance, the Limbe III Council in Bimbia. How many Bimbia natives are working there? Go count the number of non-natives are working there and come back and tell. Make no mistake, It’s not a bad thing for others to work in our municipality”,


“But the interest of indigenes must come first, if not so, it will create social tension. That’s why we’re calling on the local authorities to make a balance.” Rodolph Tanga stated.


He feared the current situation might result to social conflict if a perfect medication is not prescribed.


He says the Bimbia Youth Forum with aim to ensure youths are educated and have social cultural and economic integration into the society, promote the culture and rekindling the cultural heritage in line with vision of the Limbe Paramount Chief.


Enter World AIDS Day’s Campaign


Quizzed about the World’s Day campaign activities, he said they noticed that they have been no event taking place in Bimbia villages.


"It has been too long, I can’t remember when it was last held.” Rodolph Tanga said.


"Bimbia is now experiencing a new dynamics, there are more schools, and this could eventually caused an increase in different illnesses in the community, so the top priority is to fight against AIDS


“The awareness campaign takes into consideration the fast growing population of and the Head of State Vision 2035 HIV and AIDS free horizon” Rodolph Tanga explained.
