After Buea, Police officer kills 7-year-old pupil in Bamenda

Reports from Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon says a police officer has shot dead a seven years old pupil, Tartaw Brandy.

According to reports KNews gathered, the young girl was returning from school, while the Police Officer was chasing a pick-up vehicle around Nkwen when he fired shots, that missed the target and hit the pupil.

It should be noted that, this sad incident is coming barely few weeks, when a similar incident happened in Buea.

At press time, angry population are on the street marching towards the Governor’s office.
