Fako SDO cautions Limbe Chiefs Conference to desist from petition writing

The Senior Divisional Officer, SDO, for Fako Division Chaibou has cautioned Limbe Chiefs Conference, LCC, to desist from petition writing to Yaoundé and work in peace and harmony among their subjects.


He made this clarion call on Thursday November 17, 2022 during a courtesy visit accorded to him by the Limbe Chief’s Conference.


The one hour 30 minutes in-camera meeting held at Conference Hall at the SDO’s office Down Beach was a moment for Limbe Chiefs Conference to present themselves to the new Fako Boss after his installation some few months ago.


According to the Secretary General of Limbe Chiefs Conference, Chief Ngale Bruno of Lower Boando Village in Limbe II Subdivision, disclosed to this reporter that the maiden visit to the SDO was a moment for the new Limbe Chief Exco to present themselves to Fako SDO, Chaibou after his appointment by the Head of State President, Paul Biya to be SDO in Fako.


He added that since the installation of Fako SDO by the Governor of the South West Region Bernard Okalia Bilia they have not had time to tell him welcome and to inform him that they are ready to work with him to foster his vision in Limbe successful.


Worthy of note, the Limbe Chiefs Conference was suspended by the former Fako SDO, Engamba Emmmauel Ledoux but rejuvenated in August this year.


The new new Exco of Limbe Chief Conference comprises of the following; Honorary president, HM John Elufa Manga Williams, President Chief, Dikanjo George, Vice president, Chief Sama Luma, Secretary General, Chief Ngale Bruno, Treasurer Chief, Motia Mathias Motia, Financial Secretary, Chief Osward Njombo, Chief Whip Chief, Lucas Molinga, PRO, Chief Victor Mosukua, Auditor Chief, Esombe David and Chief, Dr. Rev. Ekoka Molindo and Adviser, All Ex president. The new team piloting the affairs of LCC has a mandate of two.
